In my years of designing on xat, I was never requested a refund nor will I give one if it was requested. If you do not like what you have paid for 1-2 days after you’ve purchased it, there is nothing I can do about that, your best chance was calling it out while it was being made as I occasionally send screenshots of the product when I hit a certain amount of changes. On the other hand, if a situation in which your images have been violated/stolen like I’ve seen happen lots of times, I can offer to completely re-do a set for you for a different chat (you must have a really good reason for this to happen, but it can).
